On August 5,2019 the article 370 was canelled off by our Indian government .For that rules cancelled in india have 28 states and 8 territories.But this incident didn't know many of the youngsters .Let we see briefly about

Article 370 is established for jammu and kashmir beacuse their welfare and and safety of jammu and kashmir people 

History :

Let we time travel before 70 years before during 1947 british government give three option to all of our state that is 1.If u have willing to join with India 2.If u having willing to join with Pakistan 3.except both of them if u stand separate state this three chance was given to the all our state in that India was separate state and hyderabad ,mysore all places were separate country 

before independence  after India offers some article for all state for their welfares and their own status of the people 

When all states was attached with India in that time India give favour article to all states refer above images is known as special provision for all states .

  After that all states were combined with India but except Jammu and kashmir  .In earlier they with stand independent separate country like India ..

Jammu and kashmir :

 During 1947 we all know India got Independence at august 15 and also Pakistan got Independence at august 14 but jammu and kashmir not combine with India and pakistan in that time Hari singh is the king of jammu and kashmir king is Hindu but all people were muslims this will make more majority to muslim for that only pakistan tried to occupy jammu and kashmir.But India know at last they come with India during jawharlal nehru period.

But Pakistan give more problem to jammu and kashmir in that main problem is hari sing is hindu all people were muslim so that  have one big disaapointed to pakistan .For they start occupying a jammu and kashmir small by small then pakistan decide to send their military to jammu and kashmir but Hari singh is feared for while that incident happend suddenly he call to India and ask help to save their life India have some question to help the jammu and kashmir India asked that if you joint with India definitely we give all welfare and protection jammu and kashmir show green signal for that.So our Indian military went to fight and protect the JK people from pakistan during this war united nation Organisation announced where pakistan stands in jammu and kashmir with in that their place is called Pakistan Occupied jammu and kashmir and India where occupied in jammu and kashmir it is India occupied Jammu and Kashmir both of them accept that rules from UNO and they stopped the war..

ARTICLE 370:

Where 65% of jammu and kashmir attached to India for that Hari singh and jawarhlal nehru were create a new article is known as article 370 .

jammu and kashmir were special state for our India so it denotes a article 370.

1.In jammu and Kashmir other state citizen were not able to buy a land it is only possible for jammu and kashmir citizens. 

2.There not running any industry in case of some stiuation there operat  any industry workers is only their own citizenship people.

3.In jammu and  kashmir have separate flag and have separate CM and PM in there if Indian flag was disapproached in JK that is not Illegal action.

4.In jammu and Kashmir people protection for Indian military were standing for their defence still now.

Like this rules were created by both of them named as article 370 and also this article was canceled at august 5 ,2019 then jammu and kashmir also treated like all other state in our India
