FARM BILL 2020-WHAT HAPPENED TO FARMERS-Need to Know!

Did u finished your breakfast ?.Daily we are eating food as well as snacks in that time we think about our mother ,Because that food's taste  we got inspired to our mother but most probably we can't think about our Great Farmers .Literally say in short form means We dont have time to think the Farmers.....In our Lifetime our government gives more problem and critical situation to the Farmers we seen more protest organized by farmers or political parties in the roadside..In India 85% of people are farmers and land owner with small scale producers..

From Last week most of them protest against the Farm Bill 2020 and another side Some of the Welcome to the Farm Bill .That means what is in the Farm Bill Revolution?just we see now!

During Last week Rajiv Sabha and Lok Sabha both of them combine to introduce a quick rules named as FARMERS BILL 2020.But they didn't ask any opinion to the Agriculture Association,this is first mistake in this Bill..In Farmer Bill there have three sections of categorized..

1.Farmers Produce Trade and Commence Bill

2.Farmers Empowerment and protection Bill

3.Farmers Essential Commodities Bill 

These three bill would passed in that meeting..

TRADE AND COMMENCE:

Before that I said 85% small scale farmers are more in India...they sell their cultivated Crops on that one specific gooddown store were organized by the government corporation.As well as they didn't sell their cultivated crops or essential products to other state because there is a rule in their Norms..But from this Bill onwards farmers have eligible to sell a product to wherever they want that is not restricted at the same time they sell their product through online marketing from this they get more profit and this is direct interface with farmer and customers there is no intermediate between them....

Opinion:

One group saying after 1967 this is the Second Independence for Farmers and another Group saying small scale and medium scale farmers were suffered more from this bill..We can see second Bill now...

EMPOWERMENT AND PROTECTION:

If farmers are sell their products to traders means farmers got that specific salary within a month or two months....But From this updated Norms within the 2 days or maximum 3 days are sufficient to pay a specific money to the farmers from the traders .In this Bill also Farmers gain in their side..

We See Two Bills both of them mostly favour to our farmers....But now one question arises from your side why people are protest against this Bill?...We can see now!

ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES :

Onion,wheat,potato,crops like that 24 items were considered as Essential Commodities..Before this Bill was passed these 24 items were not able to store for one day because as per their norms if they cultivated any one product means definitely they sell that specific Products within that day can't possible to store that things for seen whethere the price is increased or not..But after this Bill Farmers can able to store that Essential Commodities for week or month its their wish whether its depend daily changes price for market rate...

This Bill is also most favour to the Farmers..

First Problem: 

This Bill were discussed between Rajiv Sabha and Lok Sabha both of them passed this bill but it is not concern with the Farmer's Association and also State government this is one of the major issue .Earlier I said from our Population 85%of people are Farmers because this step is very wrong to the Farm Bill

Second Problem:

Minimum Support Price(MSP)

This Proccess were introduced during 19s century fully based on Farmers.MSP is the minimum value for all Essential Commodities.

Mottive of MSP:

For instance one farmer cultivated the crops or something, he went to sold that product in that time traders assume some low values but farmers get distrubed and insufficient profit at the same time for each district Food corporation was running by the government they will take that cultivated products or Essential Commodities for medium profit still it is proccessing on each district from this corporation farmers get medium profit wages...

But After this Bill this MSP is cancelled out from the norms this is one of the big major problem causes protest and creating Problems..

How this Problem is Solved?

In this Bill if they updated that MSP proccess
