INS CHENNAI(D65)
In this blog we see about INS Chennai (D65) it is one of the third navy ship in india it is guided only for missile destroyer during war time and also it protect our country too.
Why it is named as chennai?
INS Chennai is designed to carry the supersonic BrahMos surface-to-surface missile system. The system enables the ship to engage shore-based and naval surface targets at long range making it a lethal platform for strike against enemy targets
INS chennai were constructed by mazagon Dock Limited (MDL)after that during 17 april 2017 this ship was dedicated to the city of chennai in the presence of Mr.palanisamy.There were three famous navy ship in India such as Ins kolkata,Ins kochi,Ins chennai these are the most powerful and defence ship were used by navy.Ins chennai is the most updated .
Construction of INS Chennai:
1.Length of the ship is 163m from initial point to terminal.
2.speed of the ship is 56 km/ per it is very high compared to INS kochi and INS kolkata.
3.The beam of the ship is 17.4 m
4.It contains maximum 9,000 tons load were applicable within that ship
5.Backside of the ship contains two helipad with the defence missile
6 This ship motto is "Vanquisher of enemies".
What are the missiles were attached in that ship?
1.Four Ak 60 rapid fire gun were attached in that ship all the corners,it will fire more distance around 200 km to destination.
2.Inside the ship is filled with more than 100 rooms with the 10 doctors were inside ..
3.Except skipper,captain that ship were moved independently because it is automatic technology with fulfilled with the victory of navy.
4.INS Chennai was constructed at 2015 after that 2017 this ship was dedicated to 2017 april from that onwards this ship were not used till now because there no possibility of usage in war at navy
5.There is one unique character for this ship is when enemies comes in front side,right side,Left side ,back side this is possibilties to attack all ships,but extra features were applied in this ship was it is fired on upside like flight ,aircraft and so on...
6.This ship were attached with a radar and sensor and missile with a lot of facilities and also tracking system..
7.Indian navy is the third most largest in all over the world..this is one.of the reason most of the countries were panic for this ship too.
